The only downs that could be mentioned are firstly: the wall charger causes the touchscreen on my pixi to not register contact in the proper place when plugged in (albeit the charger gets my phone up and running in almost no time.) and secondly: the pouch is a bit generic and big for the pixi which is one of the smallest available phones even with a case/cover.
