(More customer reviews)This is a very simply designed product. It has flip out plugs to go into a wall socket, making it easy to travel with. The battery cover has easily opens and closes with a notch on one side to pull up with a finger. The battery only goes in one way due to two different sized tabs on opposite ends. And there is a notch to remove the battery too.
I had a newly purchased battery that would not charge with the phone, even after being plugged into the wall overnight (I guess it was so dead). But I was able to charge it up with this wall charger just fine. And am using it in my phone now.
Have only had it a week, so not sure about the battery issue the other review had. Will have to keep an eye on it.
But battery life has been a problem with the Pre since day one (before getting this charger). Depending on how much I'm using email, web, and alarms going off I often won't be able to complete a day without a recharge.
