Ad says it comes with a black swivel clip but mine was clear and what I consider to be too big for the phone - it's about twice the depth of the phone and causes the phone to hang weird. I rated it a 4 for because I like the case and for the price, you can't beat it. The clip is an accessory and not required so I'll probably throw it out. Sprint sells swivel clips so I'll probably just buy one of those rather than risk another online purchase of an oversized clip.
