(More customer reviews)I bought this to charge my phone during travel. No problems with charging, but data transfer has been ridiculously slow. It took 3 minutes to transfer around 10MB worth of data (3 MP3s). When I used the OEM cable that came with the phone, it was done in a few seconds. It's not a big deal since I never transfer data to/from the computer during travel, but it is still disappointing.

Gently pull both the Palm Pixi Plus connector and USB connector to extend the cable.
Connect the USB end of the cable to your computer and the other end to your Palm Pixi Plus.

To retract the cable, make sure both ends are disconnected from your Palm Pixi Plus and your computer. Then gently pull both ends of the cable, and the cable will begin to retract. -----
