(More customer reviews)This charger is one of the best accessories I have purchased for my pre. It works perfectly and charges a battery fully in a couple of hours. It really frees up my pre to not have it plugged in all the time and to be able to similtaniously charge my spare battery while charging the one in the phone is awful nice. This is a must if you are to have multiple batteries and I feel it is superior to the palm external charger in that it can plug directly into a wall outlet or be powered off usb where as the palm requires the use of your phones usb adaptor/charger. Highly recommended.
