(More customer reviews)This may sound like a negative review but it is only because I want to be very specific about the few flaws but all in all I LOVE THIS CASE/HOLSTER COMBO!!!
I have been looking for something like this for some time for my Pixi. I wanted a holster which could also hold some sort of other protection along with my phone. I want to be able to take the phone out of the holster and still have it somewhat protected by some other protective covering. This does the job to some extent. THE SHELL is not super sturdy...like: "don't step on it if its not on the phone because the sides will fall in"....BUT it does offer a rubbery, textured cover over parts of the phone when it is out of the holster (which is more than nothing). The parts I wish were protected that aren't... are mainly the front corners (primary targets when phone falls). When it is in the holster it is very well protected. It fits nicely in the holster and doesn't look as cheap as I feel I know it is LOL. I actually think it looks very nice. I like THE SHELL and for convenience I leave it on all of the time but it is very easy to take off also....like takes less than 1 second...it almost seems loose because of how easy it slides on and off but I've had this for 6 months and it is snug enough for me to have NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!!! The shell and holster are also snug fitting to the phone, and each other therefore it keeps size of phone pretty tiny. The clip is also close fitting so all a very condensed but useful package.
About the quality (this is the only problem I have had)...: ONE TIME I tried to bend the side of the shell in a TINY bit with my finger (while shell was off of the phone...due to a tiny bit of "bowing out" that only I would notice)...and I heard and felt a tiny crack/give in the plastic using hardly any pressure. NEVER AGAIN! I now know the quality I'm dealing with and I just treat it with care when its not on the phone and I am certainly not planning on trying to bend the plastic again LOL. The holster is extremely sturdy with my use of it!! I don't even care about this minor other flaw but...some reading this may...so: on the actual holster clip itself...the rubber coating is coming off a tiny bit. It pealed off a bit on one corner. Honestly I may have gotten something on it or it may have gotten close to my curling iron for all I know. I isn't happening anywhere else on the product.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT (if you are okay with the mild shortcomings I listed above)!! If you want more protection and are willing to pay the price I do believe that you can find a sturdier and moreprotective case/holster combo or even an Otterbox for example!!
