(More customer reviews)Apparently when the PRE was first released, the included batteries were Korean made and had a minor issue with the fit where the battery could slip a little and re-start the phone when the keyboard was snapped opened or closed. Palm later corrected this with batteries manufactured in China that did not have this issue. The battery I received is the Korean battery with the problem. Had I paid full price for the battery, I would be rather irritated, but since I purchased this at a high discount to use as a backup, I'll live with it and rate the battery at 3 stars.
